Just ignoring him and not giving him any attention is the cure. If you try to rationalize with him, he'll deny it (i.e. "I am not that person" response). If you find something that is true (his response about posting in the morning will be a lie "I fucking don't"), as he denies it. He always lies and is the reason why no one should talk to him.
