Its not that though. Yesterday I closed 11 tickets while most people close 1-5. I just wrote "11" instead of listing them like everyone else does.
Everyone in the team can create a custom filter to view anyones tickets based on a number of criteria. You can also generate reports on the phone system and I'm sure you can run reports on tickets raised to the dev team through their own ticketing system.
Posting your stats at the end of the day creates a toxic sense of competition in the workplace. A guy has been there for longer than I have and every day he does fuck all work, posts his shitty stats, and nothing every happens. Whats the fucking point
