They turned out well, moist and very tender, meat comes off the bone by just scraping it with a fork, removing the membrane was worth it (first time I have done that) because thats always a bit chewy,I'll cut it into individual pieces when I'm ready to eat so it doesn't dry out when I reheat it, only thing I would change would be less onion powder and more brown sugar and smoked paprika.
