Maybe I'm dumb, but if he was going to perform a hit he should have gone to the trouble of getting a gun setup which actually cycled properly. Also he could've worn a covid mask which would've covered as much of his face and looked less conspicious. We will have to consult nuro on his choice of ebikes.
