If it were cycling properly, the spent casings would eject almost instantaneously with each shot. They're not ejecting until he racks the slide (also debunking the Welrod/Vxx shite posted earlier).
It does appear he emptied the remainder of the magazine as he was leaving, but who knows at this point?
