Hungarian "fast food" - and they do it in the West too - is often lángos. It's bread dough fried in oil/lard, onion-garlic-oil spread, with salt, sour cream and grated cheese. Well all the toppings are optional and essentially can add whatever, but these are the ones can be found at food stands and what people make at home. Never seen anyone adding salami slices for example.
