I've hard time eating innards, I know people who consider them delicacy. The most I can deal with is liver, but only in two forms. Pig liver schnitzel with copious amount of freedom fries, and chicken liver fried with onions and peas - with copious amount of freedom fries, although can eat it as some kind of sandwich too.
Liver paté is nice tho. If it's spiced right. Some are dog food tier.
