Picked up a kilo of Ashgrove Aged Rubicon Red, a kilo of their parmesan and half a liter of cream for $16. The Red is rendolent and super strong but an amazing flavor. Probably going to get hallucinogenic dreams if I eat too much tho so it may or may not be worth it. I see exotic cheese blends on my burger cook ups in the future.
