Beat Takashi was cool as a surimi in Beyond Outrage the second moofie in the outrage trilogy. Its about Yakuza and the action scenes are CGI'd like top shelf manga, not the degenerate anime soap opera shit that zoomers like, but the O.G. telephone book thick novels that set the scene.
