Very satisfying, perfect firmness and flavor with the carraway and onions. Made popcorn and beans too, just waiting for the bread to bake and then I'm going to bed. Could have used cheese in the bake but there are five jars of bechamel sauce so thats creamy enough. Might think about ricotta and parmesan for next batch. There is no way I will get sick of this dish.
