It is established that someone spams the board on regular basis, the latest form is cp and questionable/borderline pornography. We are way beyond reservations like this.
Above that, this very same person spammed many other boards. How do I know he is the same? Because when I started to ban him here the other day he went onto other boards (such as kuzzy and agatha2 - and perhaps even others) to continue there. There is also a very typical behaviour: he goes on taunting in posts and communicating via appeals and reports too.
He spams endchan (and did it at 9chan too, and I assume on other IBs I don't know of) for years, and destroys communities by being a constant nuisance to them. This seems to be his life.
