Tea with roast rice, earthy. Spicy complex, salty miso with mushroom and fermented chilli. Sour rice, sweet, with bitter orange, dried crab, sesame and wassabi greens.
Proper egg roll, plain. Sweet fermented daikon

Overall a bit too sweet, a bit too spicy. No soya sauce, mayonnaise or wasabi.
