Ocean sports are a big hassle to logisticate. You spend 60% of your time getting out and back then cleaning your gear and dealing with the littoral environment making you chafe. I want to do watersports but its a big commitment and expense. If I go out after the days work, until dark, its gonna be close by and with gear i already own. Just get scuba gear already.
