Junk it. They repair it by looking at the main board under a microscope looking for obvious damage. If its not simple like replacing a couple of easy to get components then they wont bother. This thing was a PC and probably could have had a go at getting it going with a new cpu. It was a Dell and not like ATX where stuff like the PSU is the same. it looked like a nice unit but not upgradable if you wanted to put in a ssd or anything. had fun taking it apart tho. just sad that useful stuff is not worth repairing unless that is your hobby, in which case get a life.
