Jeremy Clarkson is the tall Norman (in this case from Yorkshire - Norway, not from Normandy), the brain of the operation who comes up with inventive ways to make the farm useful.
Kaleb is the dumb Anglo-Saxon manual laborer to make things happen on the farm.
Cheerful Charlie is the hobbit-like native Briton, whose intelligence is enough to take care the monetary side of things, but not enough to come up with visionary ideas.
