This behaviour all stems from childhood abuse. Because he was abused as a child and abused or neglected in his teenage years, without proper loving friends and any normal upbringing, his brain associates any social interaction purely with abusing the other party. He has no concept of any comradery or friendship or even the slightest mutuality beneficial relationship with men, let alone women.

This person has somehow slipped between the cracks of state institutions and should be considered dangerous or at the very least be put on psychokiller watch list.
