Kek I have seen a few more of those retarded council signs around. Fucking council Karens when will they realise they about as effective as huge ass ugly warnings on cigarette packets. It only takes a Tradie painter draining some mineral turpentine into the bushes or a boaty flushing a fuel tank into the bushes to kill a row of trees and then the whole apartment complex is under investigation guilty until proven innocent. If you had a real enemy that lived by the beach dumping some hardcore organophosphate herbicide on their property boundary with the view would be a super efficient way of fucking their lives up by proxy.
