That title is misleading from so many angles makes me think was generated by AI. Nah people are perfectly capable of writing misleading titles. And whole articles too.
First it doesn't mention it was mushroom poisoning. Could be lead or CO2 or cyanide...
Second it's easy to misidentify mushroom following books.
Third perfectly edible mushrooms can cause "poisoning". Old mushroom can contain more cellulose and some people has hard time to digest it, resulting in stomach ache, or even vomiting and such.
Fourth some people just sensitive to mushrooms and they can get "poisoned" by perfectly edible mushrooms.
