I finished watching Manhunter. They made too many changes from the book, all of them worse.
Brian Cox was not a very good Hannibal Lecter. The film maker did not understand that Lecter should have been the star of the show.
They made a big mistake not having Lecter's prison cell as described in the books. He was in a sterile white one instead. They botched it bad.
I will be watching Silence of the Lambs next.
