Back from rehab. More scripts for seroquel and valium. I've got plenty of both now.
Got to see a GP specialising in drug and alcohol issues. I was fairly honest, except for the part where I'd smoked meth before. Didn't wanna ring any alarms.
I was totally honest about the drinking of course, and he knew all about its interactions with insomnia and whatnot. He, like the doctor at the hospital, was surprised I'd been taking seroquel for so long. Other than that there's really not much to say. Got a script for campral, to take the cravings away.

Getting some bloodwork done before returning in 3 weeks and maybe setting up something with a psychiatrist there to see if I'm a proper bipolar spaz. But yeah, the plan now is to basically just replace drinking with the valium, and try to cut back as is appropriate on the seroquel. If the valium takes away the need to drink, I think the process will be easier than I had first imagined. I feel a lot more positive now that I've got a move on with changing my prescription. Dunno what the fuck was happening with my mind last week. I'm almost sure its the big benders that send me schitz.
