I've been living in a limbo for the last year, that feel.
You can't force yourself to sleep, taking medication only fucks you up more.
What you can do however is force yourself to wake up.
So you wake up at 7AM, you set one alarm to go off after another if you have to.
You drink a double coffee straight away, the longer you put this off the more likely it is to interfere with your sleep later.
You do this and you will crash in the afternoon and stay down.
When you wake up at 7 the next day it's easier- and you just repeat.
Stop lunch coffee, stop sleeping in.
No sleeping in, for no reason may you sleep in.
