For general support you go through medicare/ndis to speak to a private psychologist, same for drugs and alcohol.
Hospital assessments are legally enforcable, that's the pathway to an asylum and forced medication. The other outcomes are actually just preliminary, so they can claim that they tried everything else first.
There's no reason you'd be put on this pathway unless they intended you to be committed to an asylum, I'm sorry to be the one to tell you but that's just how it is.
For any other purpose you would just see a private psychologist.
The best course of action would be to refuse to go to hospital, just don't phisically go. Book yourself into a private shrink through Medicare and the NDIS and plan to leave home.
Your parents aren't psychologists and their views are probably heavily influenced by social authorities who aren't psychologists either, they're as likely to be mentally ill as you are.
I'd try to enrol in a bullshit course to get rent assist, claim cenno as a student, work a cash job then move into a share house
