DO NOT put it on PC. If you want Xbox to stay afloat as a brand, do not put it on PC. Xbox should have had this only on console where mouse is not used. However, if you do so, it's not bad for people; it's just that you're killing your own brand. Halo is Xbox and Xbox is Halo. Good luck
