isn't it amazing that whenever niggers take over an area of a City, Town or just a part of a neighborhood it stays completely in the tip top ship shape it was before they moved in, and never becomes a rat infested shit hole full of drugs, druggies, hookers, rapes, murders and even cops don't want nothing to do with those places after niggers move into that area.
