I'm quite sure you can have costum body pillows sleeves made. "filling" will have to be bought separately probably.
Its best to have two sleeves or more, so when one is getting washed, you can still sleep with your "moid".
Maybe you can have it printed at your local print shop alho that might raise eyebrows.
