The Pirate Bay still has a ton of proxies that still work and are routinely updated. There are still p2p file sharing networks like SLSK and Fopnu as well. Probably others too. File sharing is still a thing, it's just not as popular as it once was and normies only care about streaming mainstream garbage. Most won't bother with any learning curve to return back to the older days of the internet. I know some people who don't even own a PC or laptop anymore, everything they do is on their phones.
