Everything needs to be done in moderation.i don't think this perspective of addiction is all too valid. it is not applicable as often as it is thrown around. when you call every little preference or the slightest formation of habit an outright addiction, you have no room to describe actual addiction once you encounter it. inflationary language. what about people who do a thing and then grow tired of it and don't do it anymore. i guess you see people as these absent-minded robots who get programmed to do things and then keep repeating their code. too generic of an opinion on your part for my taste.
