this sounds like quite drastic. i have not tried this so i can only speculate about it but this sounds like something for people who are severely toxic. i'm pretty clean already. one drastic thing i did once was drink hot herbal tea that is said to make people sweat while sitting in a way too hot bath tub that had agitated herbs and spices in it. then i wrapped myself in a frozen towel. this artificial fever into ice cold sheet is supposed to draw toxins out of the skin but i guess it did not work for me. the legend says that the frozen towel i was wrapping myself in was supposed to be colorful the next morning but it did not seem to work, no colorful toxins were drawn out. i did feel amazing afterwards though.
