Yes you can for most of the bootlegs. Many of these bootlegs are just preactivated stripped down Windows operating systems without the bloat.

I use both Zorin OS and I ditched 7 for a debloated 10 bootleg that works absolutely great, it is very lightweight, no bloat and average it only takes 5% CPU and 8% RAM. Up to 11% CPU and 20% RAM when running multiple tasks. I have no problem with anons stripping down and cracking Windows to make better operating systems, why the hell not?
