That is part of your problem and why you are so depressed. Insecurity. Isolation. Constant fear and dread of the unknown. You got to snap out of it. No amount of alcohol, drug consumption or mental therapy is a cure. It is something you have to snap out of. Take that first step outside. Walk up to a person IRL and start a conversation, even small talk goes a long way. You can snap out of it but only if you take responsibility.
