endchan isn't bad at all, the problem is that nobody uses it and the only boards that are active are /b/ and the other ones are either full of russians or only let you post if you are a nazi. this is easy to solve because anyone can make their own board but it requires a user base to do this. chicken and egg problem unfortunately
