If I were President this is how I would personally solve and end the Russia-Ukraine war within a two month period.

I would call up Putin and Zelensky to announce in detail the terms and conditions, both mutually good or bad for both of these countries whether or not they proceed to end the war or not. The conditions in stone....

1) Ukraine has to accept loss of the Donbas region and Crimea, in turn Ukraine will get LIMITED security guarantees (no ground troops! - instead weapons, intelligence sharing and continued financial aid). If Ukraine refuses this, all American aid gets cut off and the war continues at their peril.

2) Russia has to accept a truce and conditional ceasefire. In turn they gain the Donbas region and Crimea, which Ukraine will surrender. Sanctions will be lifted and trade can be opened between the West and Russia once again. If Russia refuses, they will have to deal with Ukraine and European war mongers, and US sanctions stay in place.

3) If the EU rejects any of this, America withdrawals from NATO and our military is brought home from Europe and bases closed down.

ALL PARTIES HAVE TWO MONTHS TO DECIDE, ultimatums already detailed if full.
