There was a guy in my neighborhood that had schizophrenia/bipolar bad and would go manic about twice per year. They would catch him running down the road nude like superman trying to save the day. While the 4 cops he was fighting with that were trying to take him into custody; Dr Grande said that the mental health treatment is inadequate and I agree.
