Although, people who would actually click on a tg link are beyond saving. At this point in time, pretty much everyone knows that telegram is a honeypot, and is never safe to use. Not in Russia, not in Ukraine, not anywhere else, as evident from the aftermath of Hongkong and Iran protests, where tg admins gave up personal info and chat logs of the protestors to iranian and chinese authorities. Anyone as dumb as to fall for this, actually deserves whatever is going to happen to him. Natural selection.
As for what to do, both the wiper and the conforetards are technically in violation of the spam rule, but in my opinion it is best to leave this thread as is, as long as they keep their advertising to one thread at a time. Most anons will simply click the hide button once per browser session.
