I know it's German and "auslaenderfeind" translates to something along the lines of "enemy to foreigners" (basically somebody that hates immigrants).
But I never heard about it in the context of any of this before, and google only returns something that looks like a porn site.

What kind of name change are we talking about? A new nick somebody is using? Or an irl name change?
