She still shows up in the search on Overbuff with the old name, even if you can't refresh anymore. It would seem weird if every old account name would continue to appear in the search after it was changed. Maybe it'll disappear after a while.
Could just be Overbuff/Overwatch being broken.

What would be the point of changing it anyway? We'll know what it is next time she streams and name changes after the 1st cost money, so unlikely that she will just keep changing it after every stream.
Unless she just changed it to Bonbibonkers or something like that.
