Afaik we wouldn't know if he played games other than Overwatch (and LoL), that are not on Steam.
He could be playing anything from Minecraft to WoW to a game in the Epic Store to any game on a console like the Switch or PS4...

And the same can be said about Bonbi too, by the way. She hasn't played Overwatch in the past few days, and obviously not posed any stories or other new content.
On top of that, the recent Rose IG posts looked very hastily thrown together (no description, no tags, no videos), and I thought there was supposed to be something on Patreon...
