I might be completely off the mark here, but it might be because she's turning 18 soon.
Last time she was trans, it was because she thought it would ward off internet perverts and pedophiles trying to hit on her.
Since her return, she's been able to hide behind the "I'm underage" thing. But now that that's running out, she might be returning to her old tricks again.
Just a thought I had.
