Depends on how much you want to say that Bonbi was just a victim of grooming & manipulation, or if she bears some responsibility in what happened over the past year.
However you slice it, she did lie not just to her fans but also people she used to call friends, made up false charges against her ex- as well as current boyfriend, threw people under the bus when they became inconvenient for her, etc. All that without ever even trying to justify her actions in any way.

Then there is also the fact, that she appeared like a different person in her streams compared to what she was like on e.g. discord. She went from being deeply offended that somebody said "spare coochie, ma'am" in stream chat to """jokingly""" erp'ing in her own discord chat about horse cock, incest, etc. - and shortly thereafter she was supposedly in tears over people calling her naturally sexy. It's not just her attitude towards sex though, but her whole personality seemed completely different. From shy, awkward shut-in to brash, edgy memelord.
I doubt you could call it deliberate manipulation, but it definitely seems like she put on a show for her audience. Again, if you want to believe that it's because she changed, or if she was always like that and just too shy on camera to show it, is up to you. I would definitely say that you can also see this change in her more recent streams. Gone the adorable, awkward bundle of cuteness you just want to hug. It was interesting that she herself seemed to notice a change in those IG stories of her old videos she posted a few months ago.

I would agree, that painting Bonbi as this evil, manipulative liar and master deceiver is over the top. Often she probably just did what "felt right" or the person whispering in her ear told her to do.
