Also if it IS genetics, than what kind specifically... like he clears lactate faster or his vo2 max or something with his blood/lungs oxygen carrying capacity. And why did this apparently change so much in him over the last years? All kinds of interesting questions come out of this simple question: what is/could be the explanation?
