many things here, new things are:
>awarding UCI points for other disciplines like CX starting 2027, exact values/disciplines unannounced
>pro u23 riders can no longer ride .ncup races anymore, including l'avenir
>maximum height of bicycle rims for mass start road events at 65mm as of 1 January 2026
>minimum handlebar size at 40cm, even for femmes
>UCI made surplus of 9.1 CHF from 2021-24
im sure the u23 thing has been discussed before but this is the first place i've seen it confirmed. UCI points changes could be interesting.
