I have learned to ignore my FTP mostly
I know that for 5 minutes repeats, I should do this Watts and for 20 minutes I should do this Watts and if I want to really push meself, I shall add 10 Watts extra.
The only area I am not too sure is the infamous 30/30s where I often do them too low
