No, you are just trying to dodge the fact that you mistake the legal age for pornography for the age of consent because you have to do with watching others. State 'close-in-age' exceptions apply but the starting point is below 18 in most states.

In Louisiana for example the age of consent is 17, no qualifications. Canada it is 16. UK it is 16. France it is 15. More than half of US states it is 16.
