Yes will is strenghtened by work (and willpower) and begins in struggle and keeps unshattered by defiance and not by some hocus pocus of any muscle of body wanting to grow so you jump and do that effort

And thats my biggest concern considering that in present hour as i write this on how self improvement even in NS circles (luckily not here as far as i looked) fell into either refurbished hustle culture (or Jordan Peterson circlejerk because we dont know who that globohomo willy really is despite his past and connections) or crypto national capitalism well poisoning flavoured by the mockery on mental health issues and struggles like what is it solving to say to someone who lost something big in his life be it a method to get bread, his shelter, his health or loved one or relative to just add more weight on barbells and keep bulking into point of harm and simply ignore it instead to (and that will sound stupid as english has no accurate description for word "uzmierniť" or "vyrovnať") to live with it and keep their memory.
And no i am not going now to part where also self improvement became a multimilion dollar business selling like you said ego (and adding also my observation) and that cheap dopamine to give another moment of some hapiness while you circle in illusion of choice and progress, that thing speaks about itself by itself (not mentioning part where it became a multi milion industry selling you cheap dopamine)

I would expand more on how self improvement fell into being in present dictionary a Kyle/Himbo high school football player bully gym club from stereotypical 1990s sitcoms on 1950s but as we both suspect the same thing and how it misuses this world concept of blood and soil to get more hustlers and slaves posing as free men as madame devi warned i think its not necceseary as we are both adepts and i was never a fsn to tslk myself into death and in theories as thats for the bored uni circles to kill ltime and not men of blood and soil
