I'm the guy who was writing the software for a hapa imageboard in the other thread. It's now done. Check the link I posted in the other thread:

Since then there have been a lot of changes, like significant speed improvements, bugfixes, index view etc.
I have everything necessary to host it now, including a Tor v3 hidden service address. However, you said you have better hardware than me, so if you want to host then do that and I'll just be the developer.
Also we need users. My original plan was to wait until I can post on cuckchan (because I cannot now, for various reasons) so that I can make a thread advertising the presence of this new imageboard. I have seen multiple hapas on cuckchan but very few elsewhere.
