It is pretty normal that the individual ambition of a being with free will conflicts with another individual ambition.
Because of that and a lot more, we don't expect a global agreement with all beings with free will even if we spend all eternity. So, we will try to get as close as possible to universal peace and prosperity using the best global models of control of All.
