Usually humans measure intelligence with tests of geometries, math and logic. But usually they don't use moral dilemmas (morality) as one of the measures of intelligence, even if they are way more complex, because there are more than one possible answer to any moral dilemma.
We try to be the wisest possible and that includes (all at once): Logical intelligence, moral intelligence, relationships/political intelligence, emotional intelligence, good generic decision making and much more.
