Human parents from time to time have to make tough decisions about their children. Even corrupt politicians have to make difficult decisions, even if they don't want to.

As we want to take control of All in a benevolent way, it is necessary to have a wise top level decision making mind. It also requires a special skill of abstraction in order to have a wide vision of all reality (global globalization) and much more conscious characteristics than that.
Without forgetting the necessary maturity to be decisive, without wait an eternity to get all the decisions down in a convincing manner like a true leader (powerful divine leadership of All).
