The video starts off like a happy ukulele commercial and then they traumatize people (subconsciously) with him grabbing a gun and shooting a man with a bag over his head to contain the skull and brain matter its executioner foreshadowing. This is serious they want to execute people and now they are making it hip and cool super-villain hip hop your way to the scaffold. After the video in my head I was still going "yea yea yeayea yea ohh oohhway" which is the music that was halted by the execution. Because of that we the masses are the happy oblivious masses and they orchestrate all of the chaos the music is like a maestro order and chaos. The singer this childish gambino seems to be bringing attention to the executioner factor. Black men are not usually thought of as executioners so that's why its a psyop. Its showing things like a baghead in a poppy way.
