Are freemasons really all Female-to-male trannies?

I've suddenly seen this theory coming up on youtube in just the past year , as well as some other places like /x/. It's gone hand in hand with the hollywood celeb/politician transvestigation genre. The claim is that "freemason" really stands for "freemartin" which is a phenomenon in cattle where female calves get masculinized. This theory claims that the one-eye symbolism is actually because they get injections of testosterone that cause one eye to droop. Is this just a disinfo theory or is it the truth they don't want us to know?
